Everyone (operators, maintenance companies) on one platform, but with their own devices can see and record data, but strictly only about what they are authorized for. Permissions can be distributed per site, per type of fire protection equipment, and in terms of activity (operational, maintenance). Thus even hundreds of sites, thousands of devices and their responsible persons can be transparent, trackable.
If the current regulatory inspection obligation for a given device arises, the assigned responsible person(s) are automatically notified without any other intervention, until they have completed the task, while we as leaders continuously see and understand this.

Optional Features
NFC, RFID module
NFC and RFID-based systems guarantee the highest level of security. Reading these codes can only occur on-site, near the fire protection equipment. This ensures that the person responsible for inspecting the fire protection equipment always visually checks the device and records data about its condition. RFID does not require the camera function of smart devices and can operate even when photography is prohibited.
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) Access
There is also an option to access fiREG with Microsoft Entra ID. In this case, the fiREG main administrator can set fiREG permissions, but the fiREG access will end with the central revocation of the Entra ID.
Training, Workshop
An excellent opportunity for consultation, answering questions with the staff of the appointed maintenance companies, as well as with the colleagues and superiors conducting the operational inspections, or later, for training new colleagues.
Built-in fire alarm logging
The mandatory daily checks of the built-in fire alarm system and its status changes are automatically logged without human resources.
SAP connection option
fiREG is capable of automatic data export in txt (csv) format, which gives the possibility to transfer data to ERP systems, e.g. SAP.
Getting started, simple introduction
In the case of fiREG, it is unnecessary to use the word "introduction". After signing the contract, we send the access to the contact person and mail the QR code rolls. Upon entry, own employees can be registered, and access can be granted to service companies as well. Everyone will see only what they need to see and have rights to access.
Fire protection equipment can be entered into the system in the following ways:
Bulk upload: Quickly via Excel spreadsheets.
From existing fiREG maintenance accounts: Transferred to the operator's account with permission.
Individually: During surveys or from manually maintained documentation.

The fiREG app can be downloaded for free from all app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery).
Maintenance personnel and those in charge of operations can also perform the placement of QR codes. After placement, the first electronic journal can be completed within an hour, automatically positioned in its place, thus marking the beginning of digitization.

The system's goal is to ensure paperless fire protection record keeping, all supported by smartphone technology, thereby speeding up the control and execution of previous processes. Since its foundation, fiREG has been closely working with well-known and recognized experts in the domestic fire protection industry. With their help, the operational logs created by the software comply with legislative requirements, while eliminating the need to follow and record processes on paper; everything moves to smartphones.
The essence of the system is that fire protection information and records (easily imported from Excel) come into the possession of the Client, who can grant permissions per site or per type of fire protection device to appointed maintenance companies, but can also revoke these permissions at any time.
The records come into the possession of the Client and notify of various expirations.
Cloud-based storage and security backups ensure maximum safety.
An additional advantage is that the software does not need to be installed and is accessible at any time with the proper permissions, and any new fire protection device modules added during development are included in the price.
